Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
Please review our policy below before making a return.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may only grant a partial refund if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or has obvious signs of use.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement first.
It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at thewardrobe.original@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, some sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at thewardrobe.original@gmail.com, and we'll provide you with the exchange details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: The Wardrobe Market, 3 Frye Court, Benworth Street, London E3 2AZ, UK.
You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
